Executives consortium adds CPS


Memphis, TN, October 26, 2004 – The Institute of Healthcare Executives and Suppliers has added as a corporate member Memphis-based Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Inc., a national pharmacy resource solution and clinical trial management company.

The Institute will provide its networking, educational and consultative services to Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, utilizing some of the nation's leading health care system CEOs and COOs.

Company president and CEO Don Nickelson says the exposure to those executives will enable Comprehensive Pharmacy Services to provide more benefit to its hospital clients.

CPS provides pharmacy service solutions and clinical trial management services to more than 100 client facilities in 27 states. The company's services range from consulting projects to total pharmacy department management.

CPS has more than 30 years hospital pharmacy management experience and more than 400 service-level employees to support the development, implementation and monitoring of proven pharmacy systems, clinical programs and medication safety initiatives.
