Announces Promotions
Birmingham, AL, June 21, 2004 – Emageon,
a leading provider of intelligent visual medical systems, today
announced that Milton Silva-Craig has been promoted to the added
responsibility of president.

I am pleased to name Milton Silva-Craig as president and COO of
Emageon. Milton joined our leadership team in early 2001 as COO
and has been instrumental in our success to date."

Silva-Craig continued, "Through our focused leadership planning
and executive development, I am pleased to announce several additional
promotions within Emageon. In the area of services, we have promoted
Scott McFarland to senior vice president of service and Tod Hanson
to vice president of project operations. These individuals have
worked consistently over the company's history to deliver the best
service possible. In the area of finance, I am pleased to announce
the promotion of Donna Kralowetz to vice president of finance and
controller." Ms. Kralowetz came to Emageon in 2000 as its director
of finance, having previously served as audit manager and CPA with
Ernst & Young for six years.
