Windsor Medicare Extra Adds Baptist Memorial Health Group to Its Growing Provider Network

Nashville, TN, October 11, 2006 - Windsor Medicare Extra, a Medicare Advantage plan offered by Windsor Health Plan Inc., announced that they have signed a full-service agreement with Baptist Memorial Health Care. The agreement will enable Windsor to add Baptist to its participating health network in the West Tennessee and Northern Mississippi areas, effective immediately.

Baptist is one of the largest not-for-profit health care systems in the United States and offers a full continuum of care to communities throughout West Tennessee and North Mississippi.
