Business Plan Review

The initial review of business plans conducted by Delta Capital will focus on whether the plan contains the following attributes:

• The business is in an industry experiencing double digit growth including -- but not limited to -- healthcare, information technology, supply chain logistics and telecommunications.
  
• The management team has experience related to the company's markets as well as executive experience sufficient to successfully run the company.
  
• The plan projects a revenue level of at least $30 million within three years.
  
• Overall, the plan projects a focused and well-conceived strategy for obtaining the goals of the business.
