Staff Discussion

Assuming the initial review determines the business plan warrants further consideration, a meeting will be held by Delta Capital's principals to discuss the opportunity. The discussion will center around the prospects for the industry, how the company will fit into the industry and the evaluation of the quality of top management.

With consensus to move forward, a determination will be made on what additional information is needed in the areas of company and management background, financial statements and projections, current company capitalization and general industry information. A request will be made to obtain this information along with a scheduled meeting of the company's top management with Delta principals. This meeting will typically be held at the offices of Delta Capital.
