Delta Capital Management, LLC is a Memphis-based venture capital firm founded in 1992 that manages over $90 million in venture capital allocations from institutional investors and high net worth individuals through several partnerships. We invest primarily in early and expansion stage companies in the five-state region of Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. The firm also considers later stage opportunities across the broader southeastern U.S.

Delta is actively managing two venture capital funds, Delta Venture Partners I, L.P. and Delta Venture Partners II, L.P., which total over $60 million.
