uMonitor Announces Strategic Direction
Partnerships in Four Key Markets
GERMANTOWN, TN (July 12, 2000) - uMonitor, Inc., a provider
of leading-edge, Third Generation Personalization (3G/P) information
aggregation services, today announced Memorandum of Understanding's
(MOU) with four companies that establishes uMonitor's initial strategic
business direction with representation in the Internet Services, Financial
Services, Wireless, and Banking markets. ISP Alliance, Towne Services,
ORBCOMM, and the Bank of Bartlett have agreed to work with uMonitor
to develop a business relationship built around the company's private
label information aggregation service to be marketed by the individual
companies as part of the products or services they provide to their
customers.
