Announces Appointment of Executive Vice President Strategic Planning
and Development MEMPHIS, TN (September 30, 2000) - Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Inc. (CPS) today announced the appointment of Don Nickleson, CPA, as Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning and Development. Mr. Nickleson is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University. Mr. Nickleson is a respected business leader at one of America's fastest growing and most successful companies. His leadership skills along with his distribution and logistical expertise will provide Comprehensive Pharmacy Services significant value as we grow our company," said CPS President, Louis P. Bradley. "Don is respected for his strong business ethics and recognized for his ability to motivate others." Mr. Nickleson brings over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and organizational leadership to the company. Prior to joining CPS, Mr. Nickleson held key executive positions with national firms including US Office Products and Mills Morris Arrow, Inc. As Regional President for US Office Products for the Southern United States, Mr. Nickleson led the company in an aggressive acquisition strategy resulting in over 200 acquisitions in less than three years. Mr. Nickleson will be responsible for overseeing the financial and human resource areas for CPS. In addition, he will be responsible for the strategic development of the business including acquisitions, analysis of existing and new business segments, vendor and business alliances and other strategic initiatives. CPS provides pharmacy management services to more than 220 different customers in twenty-five states. The core service capabilities of the company include total hospital pharmacy management and consulting and management of one of the nations largest correctional pharmacy operations.
