Wagner to Become CEO of ProVation
Medical
Minneapolis, MN- ProVation Medical yesterday announced
the appointment of Mark T. Wagner as chief executive officer.
Wagner will join the company on Dec 1.
Wagner was formerly chairman and chief executive officer of Survivalink
Corp., Minneapolis-based developers of automatic external defibrillators.
Wagner last month completed the successful sale of Survivalink to
Cardiac Science. He served jointly as president and chief executive
officer of Altiva Corp. Wagner also serves on the boards of
Altiva and Data Sciences.
In addition to his proven track record with early stage companies,
Wagner previously held key positions with international divisions
of Nellcor Puritan Bennett and GE Medical Systems. "Wagner
brings to ProVation a wealth of experience in driving the adoption
of new technologies into the healthcare marketplace," says Rodney
Wolford, chairman of ProVation. "We are pleased to have
attracted an individual of his caliber to lead this company."
