Stage of Maturity

Many different terms have been used to describe the various stages in a company's growth process. As shown in the graph below, we have used a continuum beginning with the concept stage and ending when the company is publicly traded.

Generally, Delta Capital will concentrate its investment activity in companies that are between the "Proof of Principle" and "Cash Flow Positive" stages. Our definition of proof of principle is when a company has proven their technology such that patents have been applied for and Beta testing is complete.
